The best times are autumn (September–November) , winter (December - February) and spring (March–May) and when temperatures are milder and landscapes are lush. Summer can be very hot, especially inland.
Most of our walks are designed for people with moderate fitness. Some routes can be more challenging, especially in the Sierra Nevada or Grazalema. We’ll provide details for each walk's difficulty level.
Not necessarily. Many routes are suitable for beginners or casual walkers, though a basic level of comfort with outdoor walking is helpful.
We grade walks by:
Easy (3–4 hours, gentle terrain)
Moderate (4–6 hours, varied terrain)
Challenging (6+ hours, steeper or rugged paths)
5. What is the group size for our hiking activities?
For us, this is a very important factor in the quality of the experience. Therefore, group sizes will never exceed 10 people. The usual average is between 4 and 6 participants. For private groups, there is no maximum number of people.

Comfortable walking shoes or boots, a hat, sunglasses, and sun protection
A daypack, reusable water bottle, and snacks
Layered clothing for temperature changes. Rain gear, especially in spring and autumn

Yes, it’s very safe. However, if you have not booked a guided trek, solo or self guided walkers should carry a phone, inform someone of their route, and stick to marked paths.
10. What kind of accommodation is included?
As an active tourism company, we don’t provide accommodation directly, but we’re happy to recommend some of the best charming rural hotels, guesthouses, and eco-lodges—often family-run and known for their local cuisine and warm hospitality—to complement your holiday.

Yes, all our activities include basic insurance coverage for the activity itself. We still recommend that you travel with your own comprehensive travel insurance for additional protection.
